On the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, I extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria, across Africa, and around the world.
Eid-el-Kabir reminds us of the enduring values of sacrifice, obedience, compassion, peace, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. At a time when our nation and the global community continue to face different challenges, this sacred celebration calls on all of us to strengthen the bonds of unity, tolerance, mutual respect, and love for humanity.
I urge all citizens to continue praying for peace, stability, progress, and sustainable development in Nigeria and across the African continent. Let us also use this period to support the less privileged and promote justice, harmony, and peaceful coexistence in our communities.
May Almighty Allah accept our prayers, sacrifices, and acts of worship, and may He bless our families, our nation, and humanity with lasting peace and prosperity.
Eid Mubarak.
Signed:
His Excellency, Ambassador Dr. Malami Shehu Ma’aji (MFR)
Chairman, Advisory Board, International Human Rights Commission
