Mshel Homes, a subsidiary of the Mshel Group, has officially opened its new office in Kaduna, marking another milestone in its mission to provide affordable housing and real estate investment opportunities across Nigeria.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Barka Umaru Mshelia, Group Managing Director of Mshel Group, expressed excitement over the expansion. He described Kaduna as a “land of opportunities” and emphasized that the new office would allow Mshel Homes to replicate the serene and secure living environments it has already established in Abuja, Kano, Adamawa, and Lagos. He noted that the company is committed to helping residents build wealth through real estate, home ownership, and land banking.
Representing the Managing Director at the event, Non-Executive Director Mr. Andrew Onyilokwu highlighted the strong customer feedback received in recent months. “In the last three months, it’s been business all day. The response has been excellent,” he said, urging Kaduna residents to take advantage of the opportunities Mshel Homes is offering.
Nollywood actor and brand ambassador Yakubu Mohammed also addressed the gathering, encouraging the public to explore the company’s offerings. He praised Mshel Homes for its credibility and commitment to integrity in an industry often plagued by fraudulent practices.
